What makes us different than other TPA and brokerage firms? Our People do.

We talk a lot about values. At Brentwood Services, we place the highest value on employing the absolute best professionals in the industry; and we're willing to go to great lengths to keep our people happy and working hard for our clients.  One of the ways in which we go about this by making each employee an owner in the company.  Employee ownership encourages staff members to think and act like owners.  This provides a distinct advantage to our clients by providing the added accountability of being an owner in their own corporation.  We believe strongly in treating our employees with the same level of care and professionalism which we expect them to deliver to clients.
